I had been going to another salon for some time, my stylist did good work, but never listened to me and rushed me in and out. I was referred to Ryan at Jon Ric Salon and Spa by my sister who has been seeing him for years. Ryan is the owner and I felt that he would be to expensive for me. Even thought it was a bit more then I was paying, it was worth EVERY PENNY!!! He was so attentive and truly listened to my issues. Not only that I felt like he genuinely cared. I have always had issues with the left side of my hair, it never worked for me, it would flip up one day, curl the next, etc. The cut he gave me was amazing, but what amazed me is he took the time to show me how to correct my hair woes by styling. I never had that kind of service and I'm hooked. Thanks for everything Ryan and the rest of the staff that made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in to the time I left!!!

Had the best haircut I have ever had in my 27 years! Erica Smith is a wizard with scissors! They use the best hair products and really take the time to figure out exactly what you want. I didn't encounter any of those typical "hair salon snobs" like I usually do at nice salons. Everyone was SO friendly and I just felt like they all enjoy working there. Makes a difference, for sure. Thanks Erica! I'll definitely be back.

Made me feel better! I had a horrible week and was ready to relax and get my hair colored and cut. I walked in and was asked if I needed anything to drink, was greeted by my stylist Ryan. He put a smile on my face the second I saw him. He always does an amazing job, but I wanted something new, but not to different. He went through a few different ideas and I decided on going a warmer blonde for fall. I absolutely love it!!!!! I also decided to get a facial in the spa that was so relaxing. My hair was a litlle messed up from my facial and Ryan took a few seconds from his next client to fix my bangs. I felt so much better after my time there. I love this salon and everyone that works there. They have a great group and I serioulsly recommend them!

Amazing & Happy I had an amazing experience with Anthony Vigil @ Jon RIc Salon he is a genius with his color and cut he gave me. It was by far the best I have ever had. Anthony is definitely a keeper and I will be referring tons of clients to him in the future. He not only did an amazing job, he showed me all the tools and products too use and most importantly how too recreate the hair style at home myself. He is a true professional and cares 100% about his clients…Thank you so very much!!!

Extremely Pleased! I had walked by this salon several times in the past few months and noticed it because of the great decor, orange chairs and well groomed stylists. I was shopping and had an event to go to that evening. I noticed earlier in the week that I was due for color and a trim. My previous stylist quit doing her due to having a baby(congrats to her), so I decided to finally try Jon Ric International Salon out. I walked in a bit apprehensive, but was at ease as soon as I was greeted. I was seated in the cafe' waiting area and was soon greeted by my stylist. She talked to me about what I liked and did not like about my hair, asked me what I did for work and we came up with a plan together. I wasn't at all nervous after that. During my service I was asked by serveral people if I needed anything, had great conversation with my stylist, as well as the person getting a service done next to me and best of all; my hair looked Fabulous!!!! I was complemented by a few people at my event that evening about how great my hair looked. This salon made my week! Thanks for everything. I will be back for sure!

Great Salon & Spa I'm writing this review because this salon and spa deserves it!!!! I had heard of this salon through a freind who has been going there for a year and told me it was great. I wanted to try them out because she always looked amazing. Anyway, I went for a highlight and haircut and was very happy with my experience and loved my color and stlye. I've been back again for a color/cut and had a facial as well and my experience was even better. This salon has something very special, I always have a great time, the staff is very friendly, my services are always great, and I look forward to going there. Thanks for everything and making me feel like I'm a part of the Jon Ric family. See you in a few weeks!!!

Saved my hair I had my hair destroyed at another salon; I had lines everywhere in my hair that were orange and black chunks everywhere. My boss told me to go to her stylist at Jon Ric Salon and that he could fix it. I went in for my appointment with Ryan. He made me feel better, that it was going to be work, but that it was fixable. I can not explain how happy I was when he was blowing my hair dry. The blondes where beautiful and natural looking, the black chunks were gone and my hair felt better then it did before. I'm super thrilled that my hair is still in good condition and I also purchased the Bumble Mending masque and this product is awesome.

I'll never go anywhere else A friend of mine recommended Brian Baze at Jon Ric Salon in Tempe. Her hair always looked beautiful so I thought I would give it a try. Best thing I've ever done! Brian knew exactly what I was looking for, and I have never been happier. My previous stylist just couldn't get the color right, but Brian knew exactly what to recommend and he did a wonderful job! Everyone at Jon Ric is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I'm a customer for life now!

Jon Ric is worth the 1 hr drive I started going to stylist Brian at Kohler Academy, when he graduated I reluctantly followed him to Jon Ric, which is an hour from my house! Jon Ric was a pleasant surprise and I have been going there every 2 weeks for almost a year (yes I know I've got a problem!) This salon is great and if you can get an appointment with him... Brian is the best!

Gaga-rific Hair Cut I came into Jon Ric Salon for a men's hair cut with Miss Amanda Kelly. I got exceptional service. I wanted to try a new style but wasn't quite how to describe or tell her how to cut it. She chimed right in where i wasn't sure with AMAZING sugestions & recomendations. When I was done, I was soo happy with how my hair looked! She did a FANTASTIC job of making sure everything I wanted was taken care of! I definatley will recomend all my friends & family to come in and see her. Kirby was very FRIENDLY & me feel like I was among friends! I will keep coming back to this salon NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Wedding Party I had my hair and makeup done at Jon Ric Salon for my wedding along with my bridal party(9 girls) and we all looked amazing. I actually had a trial a month before just to make sure that they could do what I was asking. I was extremely happy with everything and the price was good too! I love this Salon. They made the beginning of my wedding day a breeze and now i go there for my hair color! I highly recommend Jon Ric Salon and Spa. They do brilliant work and have amazing customer service!

They Saved my Anniversary It was a week before my 1st anniversary with my wife and I was getting a bit shaggy. I was at TTMP and saw that there was an AZ Hair Co and Jon Ric Salon at the mall; AZHC is cheap and easy; I WAS DEAD WRONG. The woman that cut my hair screwed up my neckline, left uneven cuts on the sides, and made me look and feel like a total DB. Then when I called her on it and told her it was not good, she became dismissive and a huge C, U, Next, Tuesday! She even got huffy when I didn't tip her; fat chance chikah, your lucky I paid at all! I immediately went over to the salon next door to Jon Ric Salon and asked them to fix as best they could what the Harpies of AZ Hair Co had done. I thought it was grim and I was destined to look like a loser for my first wedding anniversary, but Ryan and Katelyn did an amazing job and made me look great! They even gave me a discounted price and told me to have my wife come in and they would give her a special treatment. I was jaw dropped by what a 180 it was in service and classiness that was only 100 feet away. MY ADVICE: Don't goto AHCO, walk down a lil further past GameStop and goto Jon Ric Salon. It's a better place, better hair cut, and much better service; unless you like looking like a DB and having ugly old women cut and touch your hair that have no concept of style or what a modern males haircut should look like. P.S: I sent my wife to Jon Ric and they remembered me, called her by her first name, made her feel like the lady she is. Lets just say Jon Ric salon made my 1st anniversary awesome; if you know what I mean!

Amazing Men's Cut Wow! I had the most amazing haircut and style from Melissa! The entire staff is friendly and really positive and the environment is very modern and classy! They give you water/tea/coffee to enjoy your experience and they are very professional with great products! Sometimes it can be difficult for men to find good stylists~ So I am very happy and going to share with all my friends! I def. recommend this Salon if you are a man looking to get a great cut and style! Melissa is my stylist and does an amazing job!

Loved my experience! I walked by Jon Ric Salon a few times while shopping at Tempe Marketplace and was always interested in trying them out. I loved the look of the place, so I was hoping my look would be amazing as well. I called and made an appointment for color and also a facial. The person I talked to was very nice and answered all of my questions. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and felt welcome from the start. My facial was first; it was very relaxing and my skin felt great. I had my color done next and I told my stylist what I wanted. She recommended a change for winter and a change sounded nice. I absolutey love my color!!! My husband loves it too!!! Thank you to Victoria and Amy for my amazing services and to the other staff that finished off my experience.

Brows I signed up with Google just to write a review on this salon. I have a fear of getting my brows done due to previous times. My girlfriend was bugging me about getting them done and she took me to Jon Ric. I told the girl doing my brows that I wanted them to look natural and not to skinny. My brows look good and it really didn't hurt. Now my girl is happy and me too. Thanks.

Finally a salon that can cut hair! I was referred to Jon Ric by my friend and went in a week ago. My stylist was really nice and did a wonderful job. I've had my hair done and liked it, but it never looked the same it did when I left. Melissa took the time to explian what she was doing and how to use the product to recreate what she did at home and I can, YAY. I'm very happy and have already referred my friends.

So Happy!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been looking for a salon to do my hair color right since I moved here in July. I was shopping today at Tempe Marketplace and saw a really nice looking salon and took a risk. It PAID OFF, my color is AMAZING and cut is perfect!!!!! I'm so happy I went in.They also have Bumble and Bumble products which I Love and the coffee was good too!!! Thanks, see you in 6 weeks!

Really Nice I was shopping with my friend Alexis today and she needed her hair done. We went into this really modern salon and she got color. I got a blowdry style and my eyebrows done. The girl who did my brows did an amazing job and my hair looked awesome. I really liked this place and am going back to get my color done on Saturday. Super excited! : )

Spa Services I would like to say that out of all the spa treatments I have ever received, I had the best experience at Jon Ric Salon Tempe. The products were first class and the services from Victoria were outstanding. The staff were all warm and friendly and I have already booked more appointments weekly. AMAZING! I found Jon Ric Salon in Tempe Marketplace after a friend had visited and suggested that I give it a try. Since I was new to the area, I needed a new salon but was very apprehensive and had procrastinated finding one. I walked in on a weekday to check out the place and book an appointment. They were so accomodating that they were able to take me right away. The stylist and receptionist put me at ease immediately and were incredibly friendly. I got the best hair color and cut of my life at a very reasonable price. Overall, I continue to have amazing experiences there and have recommended it to all of my friends. Definitely a must-visit in the Tempe/ Scottsdale area!
